At the beginning of October this year, a journalist from SBS Radio in Melbourne contacted me for an interview over the phone about Yoga.
It’s for SBS Radio the German speaking program. The segment within the German program is in Swiss – German (my first language), the weekly program on a Sunday night is called Echo Helvetia: interviews, portraits, stories, etc. about Swiss immigrants in Australia.

This photo and poem is part of a Calendar by Goddess Incarnate. It’s the cover for July 2016. And it’s currently displayed in many households, offices, kitchens, work spaces, meditation rooms, etc. around the world.
Several things inspired and motivated me do this. I practice, learn and teach a very classical, traditional style of Hatha Yoga according to the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-Devananda. So there is no need to re-write the yoga books. At the same time I like to keep my yoga website www.hathayogaipswich.com.au about yoga, class info, etc. Even though every so often I share other topics.
This year I started to be more active on Instagram @premamaria, sharing photos and gratitude posts. Most of these are linked to my Facebook page, some on the public Hatha Yoga Ipswich, others on my private one, or both.
